What's Up Everyone.
Wanted to post an intro finally as I'm planning on finally asking questions and getting involved in what seems to be one of the still well moderated and well researched communities in the underground. Long time lurker here, user on ASF for a number of years.
Have run a good number of cycles allthough my first 3 were dumb as hell for how old I was and where I was at in my physique Journey. I was still in the mindset at the time that AAS/PEDs were a magic solution and have since leanred that they are just a very effective tool to leverage when all else is dialed in. I mean dumb as in running 500 test with 20mg of superdrol no AI first time around. Second cycle was 200 test, 400 mast, 400 tren (again dumb as hell for where I was at and both from sources that were not lab tested at all). 3rd was a more moderate version of number 2 and yet again, didn't know what the hell I was doing and was probably still sitting at 25ish% bodyfat. After that, I tried to come off completely because I'd fucked alot up in my life but a year later, seeing many doctors and trying pct protocols, my natural production never came back and US insurance wouldn't cover + trt clinic was too expensive at the time.
I was forced to start actually doing my research, learning about hormone optimization, blood markers and what dose of exogenous test would get me to high-normal levels. Stayed there for a couple years and decided to start dabling again by just adding 25mg var to a cut. Upping the test a little. And throwing in half of that in mast. Bloods looked good at the time and I got semi-decent results but I definitely knew I needed to dial in diet and training more after that. Definitely realized how little I actually fucking knew.
A little about my stats. Currently 25yo, 195lbs at an estimated 12-15% bodyfat. Pretty proud of where I am at at the moment since I finally have abs showing and tons of vascularity. This is the lowest and leanest I've gotten thus far due to alot of depressive issues for the majority of my life as well as developing a binge eating disorder that I barely got over in the last 4 months and had me gaining 60lbs of mostly fat that took me from 175 and somewhat skinny fat to an obese 235. I am currently taking a break from the hard dieting and increasing calories again for a bit even though I want to get leaner since this cut took me 40ish lbs down and putting on a significant amount of lean mass in the process and I can feel my body getting slugish, my mental getting fucked, and overall just operating less efficiently.
This is more of a recreational hobby for me than anything else but it is my primary focus outside of my career. Didn't neccesarily know how much to put here. Definitely have a lot more experience with other compounds and have used even dumber shit than mentioned. But I wanted to provide a decent baseline about myself before I started asking questions and participating.
