Hello everyone,
I stumbled across this forum a few weeks ago and it seems like a solid place. I have no experience with AAS and currently don't think I need to be using anything. I have nothing against anyone using anything and am quite fascinated by reading through some logs. This seems like a pretty solid forum and am feeling pretty motivated after reading about the progress some members are making.
About me: 33, 6'1 and 200-205. Two years ago I realized I was fat and needed to make a change. I tipped the scales at a fluffy 238 and was pretty disgusted with where I was at. I've had a few surgeries through the years that have got in the way of consistency, but I'm going to do what I can and see what happens.
Surgeries: Age 17, ruptured tendon in ring finger. 26, fasciotomy for compartment syndrome in right calf. 27 fasciotomy for compartment syndrome in left calf. 28, labrum tear in right shoulder. 30, surgery on both calves to clear up some nerve issues in both calves from previous surgery. (that sucked trying to get to the toilet.) 31, I had a lump taken out of my lower back, thankfully it wasn't cancer. Follow up MRI revealed I have a herniated disc that was actually causing the pain, not the lump. I've had a couple shots for the disc to relieve pain, but I'm thinking another surgery will happening in a few months.
With the leg and back issues, my legs are nowhere near as strong as I'd like them to be. I normally don't care what people think but do feel pretty self conscious with trying to get my leg strength back. It's gotta happen but presently I'm not proud of where I'm at.
Sorry for the rambling, I've had a decent amount of whiskey tonight. I was debating whether I should post or just lurk since I have no experience with AAS to offer, but I am a positive guy and....well, I'm not a rep or a shill so I've got that going for me.
