First of all I'll thank you all in advance for answers to questions I'll have. I'm on my first cycle of Sustanon 250 every 5 days. I've got a workmates who has lots of experience but I decided you guys would be an invaluable source of help and info. I'm 38 5'10" about 183 lbs. I've started crossfit locally to learn correct forms and such. I'm three shots into cycle with no probs yet. Go BBN!!!
 
Welcome brother. IMO you should pin sust either 2 or 3 times a week. If you pinned twice a week, pin on Monday and Thursday or if you pin 3 times a week then pin Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Good luck and enjoy that cycle

I've never done a lot of lifting just working construction but changed career paths and haven't done a lot of labor for a while. Crossfit guys seem to be in shape so that's where I went to have others to workout with. Correct form = no injuries I hope

If you want to learn proper form...i wouldnt reccomend crossfit.
 
Welcome to Meso! What are your goals? If your goals are not to just get bigger and stronger, but to enhance agility, speed and endurance then something like crossfit is not a bad choice. As in weight training we have our fair share of idiots in the gym, crossfit will have some of the same idiots also. Good luck!

Thanks for the comment. Yeah I'd like to do a tough mudder and just be over all healthy, more active ,and get ripped up as well. I am going there 3-4x a week and lifting other 2 days as crossfit doesn't target specific muscles. Would like some advice on what to put on order for another but better cycle than my first.which is sust 250 2x a week and nolvadex for pct. Any advice there.
 
I'm not a big fan of sust, but if this is your first cycle stay at that dose for 8 weeks, use test prop 100ml eod for 3 weeks. Then just train for the next 3 months without aas. There are numerous threads on pct. I would suggest obtaining clomid and hcg to help with the transition. The protocols for them are here and I urge yooou to research and ask questions.

Did you get baseline blood work? If not, definitely wait until you have recovered before using aas again. Good luck.
