Hey guys. Been lurking your forums.

Little about myself.
63 years old, 5'11", 172 lbs, 15% bf. I lift consistently for ~ 3 years, 5 - 6 days for 1- 1 1/2 hours. Do a little cardio on days off.
I have lifted off on for my whole life, nothing major though.

Been make decent gains but, want to take it to the next level.

No experience in AAS. I am here to learn hoe to improve. My understanding the first thing
to do is to start with a test cycle.

Any advice or criticism would be appreciated. Even the sarcasm.

You haven’t stated your goals but I’ll bite...

Blood test to measure your baseline levels and a 10 week 500mg/week cycle seems to be the normal 1st cycle recommendation. Split the 500mg into 2 doses every 3.5 days. Buy 2 bottles of known good test250 and take 1cc every 3.5 days.

Dr Jim would recommend seeing a doctor and having him balance your test levels to where the normal range is and staying on that protocol for life. It would be about 100mg once a week. That’s what my father-in-law is prescribed. It’s very expensive to do it this way, but in the end, is the safest route.

Welcome aboard. Probably better keep a close eye on blood pressure, cholesterol and prostate numbers being as you're older. Especially if you're going the non doctor route.

Who would you recommend? Should get test e or test c or does it matter?
Thanks,

Welcome!

Looks like you are on a good medical footing to start down this path...
