I hope you don't regret posting, this is a good and very helpful place to be. I think it may be a little misunderstanding, that's all. We are all here to help eachother and reach the goals we have set, even surpass them.
it may be just the fact that you indicted you want your "fat to turn into muscle". Maybe it is how you said it as it is impossible for fat to magically turn into muscle. That's just not possible. Fat loss is done by diet as the number one tool. That's why we have brought up diet and maybe adjusting that first before adding any supplementation. The way you have described yourself does sound like you are the "skinny fat" and again, a lot of that can be tackled with diet adjustment. Also, due to your age and your health situation, I would also agree that high protein and high fat would definitely be the way to go. But again, it boils down to the right choices of foods. As for carbs, you definitely need them and keep them fibrous/complex only.
To be perfectly honest with you, it is much easier to max out your natural possibilities/options before you venture out into the world of AAS. You want to ensure your body is ready for it... and that's what we are trying to help you figure out first... and the diet and training are the first two steps.
Thank you for your response... I actually just wrote a very, very long reply adding some information for you about me... I'm not skinny fat, I'm under muscled.
I used to wrong term when I said turn muscle into fat. I was way over simplifying something because I was trying not to babble...
I've been stuck at 145 lbs since December even when I go up to 2800-3000 calories, I'm not gaining... not fat, not muscle... and not even been able to go up 5 lbs on almost any exercise since February... so I do truly believe I've maxed out my natural options . I'm trying to gain weight not lose. I realize I will gain fat along with muscle and I'm ok with that, it's the lack of muscle that is the problem right now, not the fat. I'm actually, bone structure wise, a big girl and I think for me a healthy weight at 20% body fat would be 160 lbs NOT 145! Losing fat at this stage of the game just isn't purposeful because it won't lead to me looking how I want to look. The only thing that will is growing muscle to replace what I lost.
I don't think most people are dealing with the same issues I am... I understand your concern and appreciate your warnings. But I'm not going at this blindly nor am I rushing into it. I have been doing research for 6 months because that's how I am... I need to be very very sure about things.
I regret posting only because I'm told not to give too many details but also then not giving enough not to be judged as a very silly person... it's very frustrating. I now felt pressured to give more details which may lead to more judgement. I don't like having to defend myself so much... that's my problem not anyone else's.. but it makes me uncomfortable.
