Hi all,
It was pointed out I should do a proper intro before jumping into cycle logs and stuff.
I'm a 26 year old, 6'2" and currently 232lb living in Washington state. I compete in powerlifting with 5 competitions under my belt over 4 years, and have been lifting weights for 10 years consistently (with a 6 month endurance kick splitting training focus at age 18).
I'm always been small and weak, for example at the end of the endurance work I did at age 18 I weighed 165 pounds and had a max deadlift of 215lb, max squat of 185lb and max bench of around 220. My first PL competition was three years later at age 21 and I totaled 1070 (no wraps) from 340 / 282.5 / 447.5
Since then I've been making consistent progress on size and strength. On December 12th of 2015 I totaled 1377lb @ 222 bodyweight (raw with wraps) from 463 / 314 / 600 (with pretty terrible food poisoning). Not anything crazy but at least nearing "respectable".
I have the opportunity to work and to have worked with some of the top coaches in the world both for powerlifting technique and programming and now nutrition.
I'm currently working to push my weight up to the 242lb weight class. Immediate goal is 250lb at a bodyfat at or less than 15% by May 1st. I'll then work on holding that weight and recomping to 240 at around 10% by August, where I aim to total around 1450.
