Hey fellas! Been lurking around here for a about a year. Been reading up and gaining knowledge. Decided to join up yesterday. Been working out on and off since high school. Been pretty serious the better part of 4 and a half to 5 years. I'm 5'7" and 205 lbs, probably around 18-20% body fat. Not 100% sure on that. Not the leanest, my goals are geared more towards strength than achieving a certain look. Not that I mind the looking sexy lol. A little over a year ago my test levels crashed. I went through some serious panic attacks, lethargy, and all around he'll for several months figuring out what was wrong. It was after getting on trt I started looking into doing a cycle. I figured what the hell since I'm stick myself weekly anyways. My big 3 lifts are bench @315 deadline @405 squat@380. I could probably do 5-10 more lbs on bench and dead but haven't pushed it. Not sure if I should add anything else. I'm 34 years old. Looking forward to learning from you guys!
