New member looking to contribute what I can to this forum. I've been across a few forums like this and this one seemed the most legitimate and one worth contributing towards.
I was a member here previously for a short period a couple years ago but I can't remember the info and I was burned by a few labs during that time so I decided to leave the forums and just keep on lifting.
