Hi all,

I am 32 years old and I have been practicing fitness/bodybuilding since I was 18 (with periods that have been more intense than others in all these years - Only as a casual like every other guy going to the gym though, no competition).

Since my transition to adult life, I have always paid particular attention to eating correctly (I even still have my Excel table which serves as a summary for my basic food plan with all the macro/micro nutrients).

My body data:
- Height 1m75
- Weight 72kg
- Bodyfat approx 15-18%

Regarding the main theme of the forum, I have never taken steroids (yet) and I am led there by force of circumstances... (see my first post that I will post on the forum for more details).
It is therefore very likely that I will start a first "cure" (very light, however, compared to the standards of forum members), perhaps the beginning of a more pronounced use that will settle over the years, who knows (it seems that it can quickly become addictive but we're clearly not there yet).
In any case, I intend to seize this "forced opportunity" to invest myself as much as possible and try to get as many results as possible, fitnessly speaking.

Finally, I would say that I have always had a sort of admiration for pro athletes and their lifestyle, I am clearly not interested in living their life under drastic conditions but I respect the approach of pushing the limits of human in the extreme (when I see a Big Ramy on the Olympia stage, can we still talk about being human, it's so out of this world! ).
I have also always followed competitions from afar, in current athletes and if I had the choice to have the physique of a competitor I think that I would choose Chris Bumstead in his condition in 2019-2020 (very original, I know.... :)).

I also follow some Youtubers who are quite specialized on the subject (although I have never taken anything until now but I find it interesting for general culture), in particular Derek from the channel 'More plates More Dates' (and of course many others but more consensual and mainstream in terms of the subjects covered).

Well, you know everything! See you soon on the forum.

Welcome to the forum, great initial post. I read it with pleasure.

Welcome to the forum bro, it's a good mix of characters here with diverse opinions. There's less group think than on many other boards, and a good way to find reliable steroid salesmen.

By calling a steroid cycle for "a cure", I assume you're from somewhere in Europe. I think we call it "cure" in many of our European languages.

For a contrary view to Derek on mpmd check out Jordon Oakley. Not saying that I agree with everything he says, but at least he's not afraid of stating unpopular opinions.
