Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking for a while now and thought it about time I joined in.
I’m a 42 year old female power lifter, only as a hobby and a passion, completely natural up until this point. Always trained for strength rather than aesthetic but now at my age would like to look the best I can. I’m strong but not shredded, could probably stand to lose 5 pounds of body fat but I’ve struggled with my mid section especially since having kids. Looking for suggestions really about what might help me at this point as I’ve trained naturally for so long, nutrition is great, sleep is shit but that’s kids for you.
