Formal introduction here, although I've been lurking and reading for a bit.
Started this journey after showing all symptoms of low T. Weight gain, anxiety, dry skin, lethargy. Went on anxiety meds, was napping like 3/4 hours a day. Eventually it clicked that all these could be related and got a blood test done via a clinic.
Results came back low around 217. So I started TRT. Since then I have improved significantly, even coming off the anxiety meds.
I found my way for a few reasons.
1. With co-pays and hoops its impractical and expensive to do it via insurance.
2. My "clinic" doctors are just random people who don't seem to even have as much knowledge as I do at this point.
3. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of some minor increases in dosage in the future.
I expect in the future you'll see me in the blood work forum. My first bloods awhile ago weren't great e2 wise, and I'm looking to really balance everything to where it should be, and get back in shape.
