Almost 30 y.o. , been working out my whole life, had one of the most watched body transformation videos but decided to hide the video after becoming paranoid of revealing too much information about myself on the internet.
Decided to make a blood test 15-16 days ago , only to see that I've Hashimoto's !? Some autoimmune disease that makes my immune system attack my thyroid.Did some research and decided to hop on HGH in order to fix my thymus gland -> boost/regenerate my immunity, without just surpressing the symptoms by taking thyroid medication (my thyroid results were good).
Found Meso, ordered GH from a German vendor here (name ends with double L)(let me know if not allowed to reveal). Been on it for 16 days now, started at 2 iU, then tirtrated up to 3.5 and now at 4 iU / ED. My blood glucose is perfect for some reason (I was expecting it to be high but I guess I'm doing something right).
Stopped eating gluten and dairy (supposedly the foods that can trigger Hashimoto the most), to see how it affects me for a few months (Blood test wise as well, need to get these antibodies low).
Becoming leaner and leaner. I now even need additional holes in my belt.
My last meal is at ~7-8 PM, I take the GH subotaneoucly 30 min - 1 hour before sleep (around 10:30 - 11 pm), first meal in 8-9 am the next day.
Tested my IGF-1 levels on day 14 of taking the GH.
IGF-1 : from 112 to 218
FT3 : from 4.93 to 5.66
FT4 : from 21.16 to 20.7
TSH : from 3.39 to 3.17
TAT : from 1117 to 888
MAT: from 151 to 250 (Normal reaction supposedly, first worse, then better)
Anyway, enough yapping. Hope I can share some improvements on the Hashimoto with my protocol, so I can help others as well.
