Stay away from ANYTHING with soy its crap. It lowers your test. I say this from experiense not from what I read. I dont take any Iron but eat lots raw broccoli which is high in Iron.
10 yrs ago I gave blood . They tested my blood and told me my iron level was a bit low and the nurse told me broccoli was great for Iron.
Since I HATE broccoli. I made it into a "shake" and drink it.
3 or 4 days a week. I take about 12 ounces orange juice pour it in blender than chop up RAW broccoli and drink it. I usually do this the day before I workout. I feel more energetic overall better.
It taste like crap but you drink it fast. Pour the juice First than add the broccoli( cut it up first) if you add the broccoli first the blender blade gets stuck.
I add twinlab omega fish oil to it. Again it taste like crap but it does seem to give energy. I wouldnt drink it before I workout just the day before.
