Is 280pmol/l E2 too high?

Unless you are a woman yea it's too high.

If you don't have any sides I would personally leave it like that but I hope you have some tamoxifen ready in case of gyno.

You didn't mention which compounds / dosages you are using. If you are not using high dosages of test and if you have high bf% I would consider lowering the bf%.

Studies point to even the high normal range starts to have long term negative consequences. Just depends on how long your numbers stay that high as to how bad it is.
 
Yes, there is no reason for it to be that high. Try to get it within reference range which is less than half of your current value.

If I may ask, what are your current stats and cycle?
