Is 2g/kg protein enough if on AA steroids?

How much more protein can the body process with various elevated levels of testosterone?

Many suggest 2g/lb lean mass .. When bulking more is better since you shouldn't be worried about fat anyway ... Quality is very important when suggesting protein requirments IMO ... I don't get even 1g/lb lean mass but i eat raw oraganic eggs which are the best protein i can get

Quality matters much more when a person gets insufficient protein intake. If youre eating 1 or 2g/lb, quality matters very little.

good point .. very good point .. i guess since i get about 80g/day quality matters ALOT :-)
 
Or are you? IIRC, 80lbs converts to something like 390 kg. So, actually, at only 80 g of pro a day...I'd say you're pretty much fucked. ;)
