No, people do it for business reasons all the time.

It's more suspicious to do it in a town you don't reside.

Yes, can't be at home. But I'm going to rent one 1 mile from my house. Obviously I am home if I'm renting a box 1 mile away.

People do it to keep their physical address private, totally legit. You have to open in your real name though. ID is thoroughly checked.

You might also want to look into delivering into a postage locker which is basically a temporary PO box.

what would be the purpose? doesn't offer any security.. just so packs dont get stolen? or so u will be on camera picking up ur package?

Yes you are just being paranoid.

Normal people who often live in the same town use PO boxes for a million reasons and no one thinks twice about it or will ask .

PO Boxes are fine so long as they are in your real name or a business you own.

Steroids get caught earlier along in the delivery process than at a PO Box or home address, so it makes very little difference which you use. The risk, which is very low in either event (but not zero), does not change based on home address or PO Box.
