Is it true that LE can't post advice to use illegal drugs?

No, 90% of the people who do this are simply retards, not LE. Probably more like 100% to be honest.
LE could largely give 2 shits about consumers of AAS unless it is a conviction ancillary to something else (like selling recreational drugs etc).
in a perfect world sure..... just like being treated innocent until proven guilty... but its usually not the case.....
you dont think there are cops here using gear? or even rec drugs? some that might want to move up and possibly toss sources under the buss? this is not sesamee street.... if anything they will have multiple accounts and use some for asking and others for "friending" and advice to try to find out more, in my opinion.

That's very true. In my case it was more to have something to hang over my head. I lucked out and the situation changed so I didn't have to follow through. I've never been very religious but I was praying that day.
I know a cop that is part of a national task force that travels around cracking down on black lives matter and similar protests. He's a bad pill/method addict and abuses steroids.

Local police conducts are obviously regulated by the states. Entrapment may or may not be legal depending on jurisdiction as well as what conduct it is that is a target. For instance, many jurisdictions prohibit police from sexually interacting with prostitutes even if prostitution is illegal.
AAS is of course different, though, and I suppose public's sympathy is quite limited.

Just see if the hippy looking drug dealer guy is wearing standard issue cop shoes to tell if he is undercover.
I guess the theory was you get dressed up in your undercover cop clothes in the morning and just before you leave the house you forget and by habit put your regular cop shoes on as you go out the door.
I watched that in some movie as a kid and thought it was real so whenever we scored pot off a dealer we would look to see if they had cop shoes on....whatever cop shoes are supposed to look like??
We never got busted therefore true fact.
