If I was wrong, my e2 would not be consistently in range each time I get bloodwork.

I’ll be getting bloodwork this week, let’s see who was right and wrong all along.

I wouldn’t take it so personally, they are just trying to help you not make mistakes they see other people make. A lot of people have been confident in the past about their e2 levels based on feel and have been wrong.

If I’m wrong, I will admit I’m wrong. I have agreed that I thought my current dosage has made absolute no sense, last bloodwork said I had high e2, so I went more aggressive with the AI and it improved my wellbeing.

it takes over a week to get sensitive e2 results from a blood test, and you cant get bloodwork every week without burning a hole in your wallet and tome; so people are just shit out of luck and dont modify their dosage until they get results back?

i think there’s a better way we can go about things than that, how on earth do we make decisions about diet, training, and hormones if we cant listen to what our body is telling us? Are people seriously not capable of doing this?

No, just until recently, seems my new dosage is now .25 ED.

Im getting bloodwork Tuesday, if I’m as clueless as everyone here is telling me, then my e2 will show up under the reference range; lets see who was truly right and wrong.

Again, this is not a matter of opinion.
This is a matter of physiological fact.

One of 3 situations is true.
1. Your AI was 100% fake to have high e2 from 180mg a week while taking 1-2mg of adex a day.
2. It wasn't fake, and you were crushing your e2 the whole time and you put too much stock into your biased feels report rather than getting bloodwork.
3. You have a genetic defect, never before seen in humans.


My money is on 1 or 2.

You do realize that 25 E2 is in normal range and 55 is above normal range.

Absolutely people can feel the difference between being in range and being above range.

They should go off of bloods and not feels but your statement that someone else you don't know can't feel the difference is naive at best.

@Georgetrenson, letro absolutely does make sense for some people. Different people will react differently to the same drug. Bottom line, check bloods and use the drug that works best for YOU.

I don't care what your blood work is. I see you've cherry-picked one thing of all the things discussed to try and prove that you in fact know everything about these topics and everything is under control. In the future, don't waste people's time asking questions if you think you already have all the answers and know what to do.

I was just going to say, those two values are night and day for me; I think people here just don't have an intuition with their body. I don't know how people can do this blind; how on earth do you know how to diet if you can't pay attention to your body's hunger signaling for example? Do people just blindly pick a value for their calories and have to solely rely on the scale to know if its working?

I also think there is a lot of confusion here because I have been in the process from transitioning from blast to cruise and haven't been on a static weekly dose; my hormones have been in constant flux over the last 4 weeks coming off an estrogenic cycle. One week I could be needing a shit load of adex, the next I need much less. I'm already far past the point of taking up to 2mgs a day, if I was clueless to low e2 sides I would still be following that protocol blind.

As of now I was trying to shoot for a cruise dose of 200 a week, but now I need to bring it up to 300 or conditioning targets will not be met. .25mg increments of adex are too strong at 200, but if I don't take it I'll get fat, so I'll need to postpone bloodwork a little longer until I get my AI dosage dialed in at 300 a week.

I'd also like to say that the irony here, and across so many steroid users is that when they deem what someone says to be bad advice, they will treat others poorly and assert their opinion harshly. If they really knew what they were doing with their hormones, they would be much kinder and even steven with how they presented their opinions.

No one wants to admit they're a drug abuser, so they lie to themselves and will make any mental justification to think that what they're doing is responsible compared to others that don't follow their methods. None of us are responsible, not unless we want to stay natty or do trt, I'm not afraid to admit that to myself and others.
