Is my Diet OKAY?

Hi Guys,

Please have a look and see if this diet is okay?

I'm currently about 200 pounds. Want to gain muscle.

Will consume 3300 - 3500 Calories per day.

55% Protein
15% Carbs
30% Fats

That's about 340g of Pretein per day.

Want to keep fat gain as low as possible, thus the 15% Carbs, This I eat before training.

You're going to want to up the carbs a bit, lower protein a bit. As long as you work out hard and eat clean, the fat gain will be low.
 
So your 6' , 200 lbs and about 16% for those of us in the states? is that correct?

Thats pretty solid, how old are you?
 
Yup, correct. Fluctuating between 16 - 17%. Due to alcohol.

But have already quit. So no alcholol for a while for me.

Turning 31 this year.
