If you're on the west coast, I wouldn't order International right now. They're seizing packs left and right, due to them looking for large amounts of Fetenyl coming into the west coast.

Depends on what those ten pounds consist of I suppose... It's kind of subjective because gaining muscle always includes gaining fat. Likewise, burning fat always includes losing a little muscle.

Yes, it's okay. As a general rule of thumb, don't post source websites without coding. Everything else is generally okay.

This thread is a throwback for me... I actually considered naps back in the day. When I first started coming around they weren't as infamous for being a shit source... But still definitely not an ideal source. Unless you didn't mind waiting three years to get your gear, in that case I guess they were fine. Takes me right back...

Luckily, I decided to use a domestic that had great reviews and he did not disappoint. That domestic ended up retiring from the game, kind of a legendary feat really. Wish I could go back and do that first cycle over again... Everything being new was fun and exciting.
