is there gear that doesn't effect sperm production?

my buddy is getting married in may and they are gonna try and start a family. his question is: are there any roids that don't affect his sperm count? he has coma a long way and doesn't wanna lose his gains, he is a very hard gainer.

any substance that suppresses the HPTA will suppress sperm count....so the choice left would be low dose var and primo.....and really who knows if it will or not...
