Outside court, Lucente said he knew he would likely lose his medical license regardless of the trial's outcome and he didn't want to risk jail because he has a young child.
"I knew in my heart of hearts I'm innocent," said the doc, who is director of the New York Anti-Aging and Wellness Center.
"They're going to take my license away anyway. I have to do it for my son."
