First thing I need to say is "THANK YOU SWALE" if you had not been there for us I would not be where I am today.

I started going back to the gym at the Old Persons Commission here in Rochester Hills Mi. The cost is $1.00 a day to work out on there machines. They have the kind of machines that take a card that sets the machine to your workout. I am walking one hour a day and going to the gym 3 times a week working all the muscle groups. It felt dam good to be able to do this after being house bound for the last 3 yrs.
Thanks again SWALE doing the shots and Hcg has made me feel the best I ever felt in the whole 21 yrs. of being on TRT.

That is great news Phil... I have been reading your posts for the last 3 or so years on various message boards and all the effort you have put in to help other people is a credit to you. Im very glad that it has also lead you to such great improvement in your own treatment. Being able to exercise again will make such an enourmous difference as well!..

Thanks your to kind. I am reading how to use the machines on the net. One site said to set the weight or load at 50% to 60% of the max that you can lift once. I did my first work out and did not feel like I had enough Load set on the machines. I don't want to hurt myself but do want a good work out.
The machines are in KG Kilograms.
I did 1 set of 12 repetitions and 1 more set of 10 rep. I set the load for the leg press to 15 KG and this felt like I just made it for the 2 sets. But for the Push-Up I set the load at 25 KG and it felt like I did nothing. I guess I will have to keep adj.ing untill the last Rep. is hard to do. I have been away from this for to long.

Phil, Just start out light for the first month, familarise yourself with the equipment and how to use it, and get in touch with how your muscles feel, dont worry about using too much weight...concentrate on how your doing it!
Your joints take longer to adapt than muscle.. so take it slow.... The last thing you want at this stage is an injury.
