Still natural (for now). Training goes back and forth between strength and hypertrophy focus. Currently suffering from joint related injuries (connective tissue) in damn near every joint—possibly reached my natural limit for my age[?]. Needless to say, I’ve been set back quite a bit so I’ve been reading on this platform and extensively researching PEDs to figure out for myself a smart approach to get back to full health and then some.

- young 20s
- male
- leanest cut: 195lbs @ 6%bf
- biggest bulk: 235lbs @ 16%bf
- all time lifts: 585squat, 385bench, 700dead

I’d been following catcafe for months and was confident in the process, but I was waiting for the relaunch after the holidays to order. Evidently there are serious complications with that right now. So it’s back to the drawing board. Can’t really change my approach to research so figured I’d start with going a step further here.
