Did I use the wrong size whatman filter?

I just filtered 100ml of Test E @ 250mg/ml. It took much longer than I had anticipated. I used a Whatman filter 25mm (.2 PVDF). Was this the wrong size? should I have used a 45mm? Is the final product safe to use?

your good mate dont stress.
The larger the surface area the slightly quicker it will be ie 45 vs the 25mm you used but it's perfectly safe to use.
