when running HPLC on HGH, are all samples filtered with a .22 prior or only the cloudy ones? Is this the same case for all other peptides?

Maybe @janoshik can reply on his thoughts. Would be interesting to hear/read how he’s reconstituting to run his analysis.

Not because I think there is any truth to this but because it would be interesting to read his thoughts and methods of testing.

Mix, look if cloudy, shake gently, repeat.

If still cloudy sonicate gently in ultrasonic bath. If it doesn't work, filter to avoid particulates.

We used to filter only cloudy peptides, but we now filter everything, after we confirmed on thousands of samples, that it does nothing to the result, while preventing expensive maintenance.

janoshik is fully legal. as long as you ship the package like he instructs with the label even if it gets seized he usually gets it released.

Is there a way to ship anon without ID etc from Canada ? FEDEX or UPS was all I was given for which to use when I emailed and asked, anyone feel free to chime in on the best method, no sure a prepaid card works on fedex website

Failure rates for endotoxin and tamc+tymc the way we do it are indeed quite low, roughly 5%.

It's mostly peptides failing, though.
