@janoshik - trying to go through the new online ordering process and having an issue. I have some samples that a vendor will be paying for. In the past, the order workflow allowed me to queue up the order details and then get an order ID and BTC wallet address. I could relay that to the vendor who would make payment and I could handle the rest of the order details. Is there a way to do this via the website?

I’m all about testing, so if I vendor is going to pay for it up front, I’m never going to turn down that offer.

We're seeing more and more siloxane contamination in the GCMS..it doesn't look good..I understand your lab is busy but for $170 could we at least rerun if siloxane turns up?

Just this link alone we have 4/4 GCMS with it..

I gotta give credit where credit is due. Two and half days from time of payment to arrival. In all my years, I have never seen anything like this. Was practically like amazon.

I always send samples to Jano and assuming that they come back good these guys will have a very dedicated customer.

this took longer than I intended to get done and even longer for me to get around to posting, but here are the results. Everything tested really well except for the deca which was about 25mg per ml short (tbh im not even mad given how everything else tested and how quick and responsive these...

@janoshik Could you please help? I'd like to order an isotretinoin raw test from the new website. It's no longer listed there, but it was on the old site. Has it been discontinued this year? Or will there be an update?
