So I got some TNE I plan on using for the meet. Just 1 vial. Should I use some before to get a feel, or am I better off just using the day of the meet?
Nah! Your set jay no need to complicate things. Plus if your training is solid you dont need it anyway. Also i like how you only upped your test a LITTLE [emoji15]
BTW did you get your hands on some NPP? If so thats gonna help, always liked deca for strength and injury relief.

Well you could always pop Halo's as if they were tic tacs on meet day but personally I would wait a few more meets before trying that.

I know you were joking, but the thing with a meet is I dont know how to use it with the time between lifts. During my regular training Im usually tired as hell by my last exercise. (I try not to use PWO during cycle).

I have 2 weeks until the meet. Which means 1 week of actual training left. Ive been dialing down on the accessories and up on the main lifts. But Im still not where I want to be this late. I have more poundage left in me, but I also dont want to do too much and risk injury. So it looks like ill be relying a little on how amped I am meet day.

OHP felt great. I felt a had a lot left on that last one. But I wanted to do Flat Bench too.

I wouldnt have done Shrugs, but I decided halfway through that I wanted to do front squats instead of my usual accessories.

Overall a good day.

It is extremely tough to figure out when you are going to lift in a meet unless you have done a meet or two with the same meet director to know how things flow. I've been at meet where I thought I would deadlift at 2pm and didn't end up taking my first attempt until 4:30. Makes timing Halo a bid difficult. Actually I'm not 100% sure what the ideal time prior to a max effort Halo should be taken.
 
I much prefer the @Devika look. I would be afraid Jean's work boot would end up buried three inches up my ass and her chain would end up choking the life out of my pecker.

I think I rock the shit out of chains more than she does.

15 years ago I would have PM'd her until she agreed to train with me and then flown anywhere in the country to make it happen.

Actually I dated a girl with a body that almost mirrored hers about that long ago. Turned out to be the most jealous girl I had ever been with. I wasn't even looking at other women she was so hot but she would go nuts when she saw another woman look at me. Sad thing is she knew it was her issue and couldn't help herself. Someone did a number on her before I met her.

As for halo 20mg 15 mins before each lift or when you are starting to warm up will rock your socks off. For the TNE do a tester day... Like tomorrow? Get a feel for it, I really like the TNE but at the same time I need a cialis when I take it cause BP goes well up into the "cardiac red zone" so 10mg of cialis an hour before and you are good to go and you can slay every girl that's staring at your spandex ass during the meet! It's really a win win situation so in conclusion
MORE = BETTER

This tren is hitting me. Mostly feeling that body temp raise. It was mid to high 80s and felt like it was 100 today. And in the gym Im sweating like an man in Maury for paternity test day.

Still stuck at 240. The weird thing is im starving AND feel like Im gonna throw up all the time.

Got 4 days of "hard work" left...
