JayMaximus's First Meet Log

Well SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP!!!! You've got a meet to not only win but dominate!!!!! Shit, that was a little harsh[emoji17].
All joking aside, i find that a little surprising. I thrive on challenges and it literally makes my gym time much more enjoyable when i have a goal im trying to reach. Right now im shooting for being bigger and more ripped than ive ever been, by oct, my b-day. and my workouts have become absolutely incredible , 2 1/2 hrs of pushing my body to new limits, and epic pumps. I leave the gym feeling a high better than any drug ive ever used, and ive used them all.
I love this shit[emoji4]
And there you have it jay, my pep talk[emoji6]
Oh boy!!! Your sooooo gonna crush it now!!

Thanks :)

So early this morning my phone rings from a private number. I pick it up and its my doctor. First off, with my healthcare the doctors never call, its either a nurse or secretary. Second, what doctor calls early in the AM?

He tells me he got my blood test results back and saw something abnormal. I knew he couldnt see I was using AAS by the test, but I figured it was something else caused by it and he would ask for a more specific test. I was sweating and trying to figure out where to hold him after I kidnapped him.

Then he's like "You need more Vitamin D" o_O

Whore-able workout today.

I was tired from lack of sleep, sore (elbows are still killing me, im hoping I can get right before the meet), hungry, and pressed for time.

Luckily there were a lot of nice titties in the gym today. Unluckily, there were no females o_O

Wasnt feeling it, but I did ok on paused bench. I had no one to spot, so I lifted knowing I could die.

I see better days coming!

Hey jay, im not sure and im to lazy to look back, but are you running deca? Its always helped me big time with shoulder pain, so im curious if it would help with your elbow pain.

No deca this time. I ran it before and it didnt do much as far as pain. That was at 400mg/wk. Maybe i need more.

I probably need to warm up a little more before my big lifts.

I would think that if it was gonna help you 400mg would be enough.
Warming up should help, also ice it at night ( which sucks ass on the elbow IME) and maybe some tiger balm after.

I liked deca at 600 as opposed to 300 but can't say I noticed any joint relief.
Thats really interesting cause it gives me unbelievable pain relief in my shoulders, and their really bad.
How bout NPP any luck with that at say M W F dosing?

I should have stated that aside from actual injuries, I don't have any joint inflammation problems. I just have the usual beat and banged up feeling at times and the feeling of not being as "fluid" as they should be. When I stated no joint relief, I was referring to the status of the aches and pains and joint fluidity remaining the same. Then again, I'm getting old and maybe nothing can help me.

What kind of shoulder pain are you dealing with?

I haven't tried NPP. I doubt it would be any different than deca though, except for more pinning. Have you had joint relief with both?

I could try some NPP. But ill go get some tiger balm and see if I can fix it that way.
Im hoping on meet day even if its still bothering me the combo of TNE and halo will make up for it.

Like you im getting older and ive been doing this a long time. So i have the usual beat up rotator cuffs and recently elbow pain that can be so bad it wakes me up with a searing burning pain.
But yeah, deca and NPP gives me almost 100% relief.
Now having said that, its been over 2 years since ive ran deca and things have gotten worse from wear and tear, so for all i know im not gonna have the same results as i have in the past.
BTW have you or anybody else reading this ever tried ingesting gelatin on a daily basis. I have recently started that and i honestly do feel more fluidity in my back and joints. If your not taking gelatin, i highly recommend you do. But look into it first, i think you might be surprised at the amount of benefits it offers. I know i was.
