Seem to be sticking around this weight. I can't do anything but trust the process, and grind. I will be adding a black back drop to my pics from here on out.

Gear changes: 40mcg clen- fasted has been added

Cardio is now 40 mins 6x a week from 35mins 5x a week

Looking huge man, really impressive progress. Knowing your MMA background, I get that the competitive itch never really goes away. You thinking about stepping on a bodybuilding stage someday, or just doing it for yourself right now?

Weight stayed the same this week, but a lot leaner. Only changes are upping clen on meal 3 to 40 mcg, and a small reduction in carbs.

Food has remained consistent, just a small drop in carbs on training and non- training days. T3 has been added at 20mcg fasted. Also started reta at 1mg weekly today.
