Joint Pain on rHGH, discontinue?

Been taking 3iu of GH for about 16 weeks now. At the 8 week mark it had my IGF1 at 279. (1.2 Z Score). I decided to up my dose to 4iu recently and almost immediately lost the ability to have a good nights sleep, so I moved my pin to morning time- problem solved. But now experiencing joint discomfort in my knees and shoulders (noticed when walking up stairs at work and doing pull ups). When I backed down to 3iu- joints went back to normal.

So my question is- is 3iu just all I can handle? Or is it worth trying to titrate up to a higher dose over time? I don’t want to be taking the GH if it’s barely putting me over a replacement dose as far as IGF1 levels.

I had the same experience. Pain in shoulders & neck was most noticeable. I stopped completely & am back to baseline although I am considering restarting at 1-2iu for 4-6 wks.

Ps. Not a body builder, just a random old guy trying to optimize my aging components!

3ius destroy my elbows and knees but I push through it. I’m on a break right now so things are getting back to normal. I’ll probably incorporate kpv when I start back to see if that helps

Damn. I'm having the same problem (elbows) on 2.5iu. I didn't even think it could be the GH thought my E2 may be low. Well off for bloodwork I go.
