Joint support

Got a spinal fuse so I never bend over. I always squat down to pick things up. I'm a fencer/ maintenance guy so I pick things up 100s of times daily. Anyway, right knee is creaking and hurting last 2 days. Probably just injured it perhaps but looking 4 feedback on supplements that actually work.

Cheers

In addition to the previous suggestions, I'll add omega-3s and highly absorbable curcumin (e.g. Phytosome Curcumin). And, as always, stay well hydrated.

Never had any luck with any of the above mentioned sups except for fish oil. Got oa pretty bad in both knees though, if you're not already messed up maybe some of the other stuff will work alright.

I had very similar problem i bought some joint support supplements at this site, It helped me a lot :) so i can exercise as i used to before.

I've been fighting OA for years with constant pain. No non-opiate scripts would touch it, no scripted NSAIDs would touch it, only extra strength exedrin would take the daily ache from a 6-7 down to a 5-6. A couple weeks ago I started 100mg deca with my TRT dosing and my aches are more of a 3-5 and that's mostly muscle aches due to spastic paraplegia. Joint pain is negligible lately - maybe a 2-4? It took about 2 weeks to kick in but I can't give credit to anything else I've done. Life isn't "fuckin wunnerful" but it is much less of a suck.
