I've put on about 20lbs of straight muscle in less than a month I think my muscles are getting to big and strong for my joints especially my knees and wrists can this happen and is there anything I can do?
 
Your joints, tendons, junctions, etc get stiffer and sturdier overtime to compensate for the increased stresses you are placing upon them. They will adapt to stress and get stronger just like anything else, there is no need to do anything differently. I would be more concerned about poor form or accidents / fuck ups than getting too big / strong when it comes to preventing injury.
 
It looks really weird I have a super small bone structure so it started to freak me out but I'm guessing it's just not being use to having big muscles and I'll get use to it lol. Another question with what you said my wrist hurt when I punch cuz my strength has increased about 60% I started to tap my hands even when I'm just training and it helps a little not much so is there any workout that can strengthen the wrist besides the basic forearm exercises
 
None that I know of, besides being patient. Your joints will adapt and get acclimated to the stresses you are placing on them sooner or later - be patient and try not to break anything and you will be fine in time I'm sure.
 
I don't have the experience others have, but I can tell ya my experience. Be careful, because I found my muscular strength can grow faster on cycle then my joints and tendons can keep up with. The rest of your body parts will catch up in time, but if you go 100% it will be easier to hurt yourself.
 
Like WC said they will adapt but like slow as shit, it's avascular tissue, not built for regeneration like muscle. Just cuz you can push/pull it doesn't mean u should. Try to progress with what you imagine your natty strength gains would be.

Edit: bolstering ALL aspects of forearm strength will stabilize wrist when punching. Flexion and extension bro. Are you a fighter? If not you shouldn't be worried about punching ppl
 
Yeah I'm a mma fighter and have a title fight June 26th so in training when I punch my wrists are killing by the end of the day a and same with my knees when I kick or do squats

Sure as shit couldn't put on 20lbs, if a serious mma fighter, fight coming up eh? The training is to intense, recovery barely there do to the mandatory conditioning 1 must endure. Muscle nah. 5 pounds if ur lucky, and that most likely is stool build up, take a shit!!!

Take the rocks iut if ur pockets nexr time u weigh in.
 
Than you guys don't know shit about me that's cool doubt it all you want but when you see me on tv my point will be proven pretty sure I know about the fight scene than you guys do. Maybe asking questions instead of running your mouth you might learn something and not turn out looking like a douche.... Started at 122lbs did tren e test cyp and sust for 2 months dropped it cuz it was junk and bad sides and piss test day before fight a month ago than upped my food intake started clen to cardio back on point and split my training in 3 hrs lifting 3 hrs muay thai 3 hrs bjj 1 jkd and boxing every other day switch 6 days a week as of 4am this morning I'm at 140.3 trying to cut down now water weight stopped at 140.8 now cutting muscle till I hit 140

Sure kid, whatever you want to believe. Seems you have it all figured out. You are the only fucking person on the planet that gains muscle that fast. Might as well keep it up, you could be fighting in the 185 class by September at this rate.

This is clearly your first cycle because you believe what you have is lean muscle mass. Good luck in your fight hopefully someone kicks you in the head and its wakes you up. Sure couldn't make you any dumber

I was just stating the fact that I did gain 20lbs in less than a month which wasn't even the point of this post and yeah it's lean muscle mass we do pool body fat testing once a week I'm at 4.2% bf and no it's not my first cycle. My point was wth come into a thread just to start shit I was trying to get serious answers and help not someone with anger issues that needs to go around starting shit

look at stats my man lol it's by far not abnormal and when you hit 30 and you have spend most your life fighting and training you need any help you can get to recover been on trt for 11 yrs and never did a cycle till after 30 most the guys in this sport are gearing up at 20 yrs old as for admitting it fuck it I do one short cycle after a fight and before a big fight to recover unlike most guys that can't get off gear long enough to scratch their balls

June 26 title fight I think I so have tickets to it I won't say shit about who You are but that's awesome good luck bro! You should pm me how long are you going to be in the area?
 
24th thru the 30th gonna spend sometime losing money before heading home and thanks for the support I'll pm ya and maybe be able to hook ya up with some gear at the fight or closer tickets
