Does anyone follow this guy on instagram? Hes a 2x Arnold Classic winner IFBB Pro. My wife follows his wife Sarah Bowmar and I recently started following him. He has a lot of good concepts for training and his physique is top notch, pretty much what I wish I could aspire to. I tried a few of his workouts today and they kicked my ass.

And on top of that he and his wife are bad ass bow hunters and they harvest their own food. Some of the hogs they get are ridiculous. If youve ever been bow hunting its no easy task. Overall he seems to be a down to earth dude. Its an easy way for my wife and I to share a common interest. Now if I could just get her into bow hunting.

Lol I though it was funny too. I wish I lived in a different state where I could hunt. When I lived in New Mexico we had deer and elk all year.
