Wanting to see just how good I can get this body after over 30 yrs of training. May compete later, don't know yet. Wanting to drop bf%. Sub 10%. And gain quality mass while doing so.
Here’s my recommendation using the same compounds.

Cycles with two goals and lots of changes rarely bare fruit.

Focus on the leaning up portion with an appropriate diet and cardio. Progressively more gear starting low will avoid plateaus and the increased total dosage late will help preserve muscle mass. Commit to dieting and getting lean, then worry about growing next time. My .02c.

Weeks 1-6
Test - 500mg
Primo - 300mg

Weeks 7-8
Test - 500
Primo - 300
Mast - 300

Weeks 9-12
Test - 500
Primo - 300
Mast - 300
Anavar - 50

Weeks 13-16
Test - 500
Primo - 300
Mast - 300
Anavar - 75-100 OR add something like winny at 50 instead of bumping anavar
