I'm mostly a reader. Mid-thirties, training for 8 years, 5' 9.25" 172 pounds 12-14% (caliper is tricky, being modest).


Think I'm just going to watch the water flow and the grass grow. Seems like a good place to soak up a little knowledge and catch a little drama on occasion.
 
When i finally got a half inch taller than my dad i would tease him about it and he would say "we're both 6'1" nah fam...im 6'1 and half hahahhaha
 
My dad was 6'3", but my mom is only 4'10". Could've been worse for me, I guess. It's funny because I'm the tallest person on my mom's side of the family and on my dad's side half the women are over 6'.

@Kel995 have you done a cycle yet? What's your training like? Best lifts? Nobody asked that yet.

I'm about to run my first cycle.

My test was low 240 last Oct2015. Did everything I could to get it higher naturally and in May, I tested at 429. So my natural levels have tapered down...doc is ok with prescribing me test if I don't recover back to at least 350.

Anyway, been lifting for about 8 years as a hobby, it has slowly transformed from a way of passing time after competitive sports has passed me by, to just a way of life.

Anyway, here is my loot, not set in stone on cycle length yet though.

10ml Test C/250
10ml Test E/250
10ml Test P/100
100x10 Stan
Arimidex 30x20
Clomid
Nolva
D-Aspartic Acid.

I'm pissed the one thing I bought over a counter was the most expensive and probably the most useless item on the list but all my bros fucking swear it's necessary.
 
I usually train in patterns. Some weeks I'll go light, workout 5 times, 6 excersises, 3 sets, 15 reps of light weight. Then I'll only go twice the next week, but I'll lift heavy on the compound movements, 3-4 excersises, 6-10 reps, heavy weight. I'll even take a week off, etc.

I keep mixing it up. I even just fall in with different people at different gyms. I only mix it up because I don't like to get bored. I'm not the alpha-male personality type so I blend with almost any crowd in a gym, and not against going dance with the chicks and their club music.
 
I'd grab another bottle of cyp or enan unless you're running a short cycle or are you ending with prop? Still, bottles have a way of ending up short sometimes. Having extra is never a bad idea.

Is that about right?

I can obtain a backup but it would be Sust and a different lab than all above said loot. But when I think about it my boy wanted me to get Aromasin and extra round of PCT as well. Says it never hurts.
