I don’t get it you say you don’t track fat or carbs just calories and protein? Where do you think the calories other than protein come from? So it doesn’t matter how you get to x calories and y protein at the end of the day as long as you hit it? I am very confused it seems like you’re spinning your wheels a bit here with the nutrition
I'm tracking calories & proteins, yes most of the calories come from lipids & carbs but as I said I don't give a fuck of the numbers, and I'm just tracking the calories in order to be in a surplus constantly and get high proteins also.
 
Yeah, because your body is struggling to digest that milk. You aren't absorbing a lot of the nutrients.you might as well pour half of it straight into the toilet.
Your body absorb all the nutrients (excluding if you're running orlistat), that's why things like OMAD works, otherwise look at the peoples eating +230g of proteins with 4000-5000 calories per meals.

Yep I track every single days, currently eating in a surplus of 500 calories with 200-240g of proteins and gaining around 1.1lbs per week.
Tracking this sounds like you’re trolling. 200g of protein and a gallon of milk. sounds like an amazing diet. I heard all the best body builders don’t track macros, and do GOMAD.
