I've lurked for months before actually joining the forum, so I believe I've got the basics figured out and even a number of "personalities" from the forum.

Basics: 39, 5'10" (was 5'11 1/2" before surgeries), currently 158.2 (pathetic, I know), live in San Diego, CA.

I've ran a few cycles in the past but have been out of the game and even out of the gym for the last 2 1/2 years thanks to a lumbar micro-discectomy followed up by 2 lumbar (L4-L5) spinal fusion surgeries - but hey, at least my lower spine is now Titanium - which included a horrible infection that required a PICC line, home IV antibiotics administration for weeks that caused me to drop from a high of 190 down to 143 lbs at my worst. I've got permanent left Sciatic nerve damage with severe muscle atrophy in my left calf. But I'm sick of sitting around and feeling like shit, so I started Yoga, lifting and running again last month.

Now time to get back in the game fully.

Oh, and for brownie points, some TnA pics of my girl (and one of my post-micro-discectomy weight loss and 3-month progress pic after running a Test E/Dbol cycle for 10 weeks.

This intro gets you a pass on one round of future BS.

[emoji1360] like I said, I lurked and read up on this forum for months - as I do typically with any forum I join regardless of the content - before actually signing up, so I'm well-prepared to take shit if it comes my way. I think before I speak (type) and typically try not react out of emotion. The ruthless nature is part of the appeal here.

Thanks for the welcomes, looking forward to participating and learning.

A forum bored of type a personalities on juice..... yup. Heads are gonna clash. Oh well. I've been trying to think before I speak/act, but it's a hard habit to kick.

Awesome progress though. Congrats man, glad you're healthy now. Shit could be a lot worse off. Keep pushing man. And welcome!

Nice intro and Welcome to MESO. I've had several back surgeries myself, so if you ever have any questions, just ask..

Appreciate it. Interested in what you've had done. My next step is supposed to be a Nevro electro-stim implant, but I've only done the trial so far. Sick of the stretched nerve feeling/pain and the never-ending spasms and way-to-easy-to-get and too-often cramps in my left leg, especially the calf. I can't imagine going through the hell of another full surgery, the implant is gonna be annoying enough.

My titanium cage. And before anyone asks (I get this a lot), no it doesn't set off metal detectors.

Damn that doesn't looks like fun. I have two herniated disc and to find work arounds and be smart with my lifting. Some days I'm sore as fuck, but the stronger I get in my core my lower back pain is less frequent. Check out Stuart McGill he has videos on YouTube and book for the layman titled Back Mechanic.
