Damn!
What is a pain pump and Bupicane?
Ya, I actually built my core back up after the micro-discectomy, but my L4-L5 disc was herniated so bad (13mm) that it was severing my Sciatic nerve, so there's permanent damage down my left leg.
But 11 months after the surgery, 8 months in the gym (minus 2-3 weeks for 2 broken ribs) and in the best shape of my life probably, I decided to take my daughter to Magic Mtn for the first time (she was finally tall enough to go on the rides). Brought one of her friends, got a hotel and spent the day there. But I think I can actually pinpoint exactly when I fucked it up again, worse than before. We went on X2, which is the craziest roller coaster I've ever been on (stupid idea, but I thought all was good) and on the loop where the coaster cars are on the outside (if you don't know the ride, it has a central car on the track with polls/posts that stick out and hold the 2 seats on each side, which spin 360 degrees in both directions) it literally spins you forward 360 forward, stops on a dime, then spins you the opposite direction. I actually remember feeling and hearing the pop, and I compounded things by carrying her around on my shoulders for the last couple hours.
I've been fucked since.
