JWO new member intro - gf's TnA pics included

Bravo! Best intro ever and welcome to Meso. You are fitting in quite well already I see.

Keep at it and you should be able to regain some function in your left calf again.

Appreciate it. Interested in what you've had done. My next step is supposed to be a Nevro electro-stim implant, but I've only done the trial so far. Sick of the stretched nerve feeling/pain and the never-ending spasms and way-to-easy-to-get and too-often cramps in my left leg, especially the calf. I can't imagine going through the hell of another full surgery, the implant is gonna be annoying enough.

My titanium cage. And before anyone asks (I get this a lot), no it doesn't set off metal detectors.

I've had it all. Fusions, cages in and then removed from infection, Stimulator, which was a waste of time. My best solution was a great PT and the gym. Your core must always be in shape to support your back, so your back isn't supporting you. Laminectamy Discectomy, Fused from L1-S1, permanent S1 Ridiculopathy in Right leg. Pain pump with Bupivicane, which works great, but as I said, nothing replaces a great PT.

Damn!

What is a pain pump and Bupicane?

Ya, I actually built my core back up after the micro-discectomy, but my L4-L5 disc was herniated so bad (13mm) that it was severing my Sciatic nerve, so there's permanent damage down my left leg.

But 11 months after the surgery, 8 months in the gym (minus 2-3 weeks for 2 broken ribs) and in the best shape of my life probably, I decided to take my daughter to Magic Mtn for the first time (she was finally tall enough to go on the rides). Brought one of her friends, got a hotel and spent the day there. But I think I can actually pinpoint exactly when I fucked it up again, worse than before. We went on X2, which is the craziest roller coaster I've ever been on (stupid idea, but I thought all was good) and on the loop where the coaster cars are on the outside (if you don't know the ride, it has a central car on the track with polls/posts that stick out and hold the 2 seats on each side, which spin 360 degrees in both directions) it literally spins you forward 360 forward, stops on a dime, then spins you the opposite direction. I actually remember feeling and hearing the pop, and I compounded things by carrying her around on my shoulders for the last couple hours.

I've been fucked since.

A pain Pump is an Implant that gives medication dosed every 24 hours. I get Bupivicane, a numbing medication and it helps a lot. Due to the meds being dripped right on the nerve, you only need micro-grams every 24 hours, instead of MG's every 4-6 hours. Pain Management Docs do it all and I would look in to it honestly. The DCS, or stimulator was a pure waste of time for me. They could never get the stimulation in the right place and it would loose program and start stimulating a different area. One time, it was my nuts and it dropped me to the floor.

I've got a follow up on Monday with my Dr. at the pain management clinic, so I'll have to ask about the pain pump and Bupivicane.

Honestly, the Nevro device doesn't seem like the most appealing thing to me, as a Zippo sized device permanently implanted somewhere near or just below my waist doesn't sound all that fun. But I'm sick of the nerve pain and the cramping and spasms, so I'm looking for a solution.

Those are going to be COSTLY..!!!:D

NOW.. Go ahead and swap that one to yer avatar and you will be SET...!;)

**** And if you can get one from that side profile with her wearing a wife beater... I promise I will put it in my JAKIN ROTATION....!

I feel kinda sorry for you @BBC3, since a screen or monitor (or maybe a strip club, but you still couldn't touch) seems like the closest you'll ever get to boobs like these, so here you go, best I could do for your request. Some JAKIN material for you.
