I've placed many orders with JY Pharma with no issue in the last several years and always hear back in under 24 hours.

I submitted an order several days ago via email and haven't heard anything back. I also submitted the order via WhatsApp several days later and the message isn't showing as delivered.

Hopefully this is just a rare occurrence and @JY Pharma can offer clarification.

I believe warehouse relocation not as simple or quick as one think.

I would think ETA of when back to normal anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks maximum.

Hopefully it is quicker to 2 weeks

That’s on your delivery company now, so it’s either stuck on the sorting facility left unscanned or it’s in a truck to your local depot if it missed getting scanned.

Yeah, based on my experience, once it is cleared by customs then it’s just a matter of waiting for delivery.

So unless it’s get caught in a catastrophe or stolen/lost in the sorting facility then you’re good to go.

At least yall can track it through customs I can’t even get that from JY he just gives me my local tracking number so I’m left in the dark until it get or doesn’t get to the shipment company
