I placed an order with then nov 28th got tracking the 29th, been following on china post, also on postal ninja. It's in the statesand should arrive in a day or 2.

My package cleared customs on 10/21 but tracking still hasn’t updated. Anyone know what could be the issue here?

Same issue here, latest package been stuck since 10/28 and tracking not updating since... worried about this

My order arrived yesterday but 1 kit short, no reta for the ole lady so I reached out to no avail via WhatsApp and email. I'll be searching for a new soure for Reta today as she has only 4 weeks worth left and hopefully they will be back in business before Christmas.

Has anybody ever got messages like this? Looks suspicious to me. I did click on the link but when it asked for money, I said NOPE! And if it truly is legit, how did customs get my number when I never supplied it to the shipper? Just wondering if others have gotten messages like this in the past. Thanks

It's a scam. They want to get your card info and clone it. I fall for this trap and they got from me like 20$ because I didn't had more on that account

I figured it was. I was a little hesitant since I did have a package just go through customs and cleared but tracking hasn’t updated in 15 days. Thanks for your response

If your part of a telegram channel and you don’t have privacy set to not show your number, anyone in that channel can get your number and seeing as you’re in a Chinese vendors page it’s safe to assume your ordering stuff from china. It makes choosing scam targets easy… same happened to me until I fixed that.
