i was thinking in the words of throwback and shit man im a decent person without problems of any class but i get the theory in my head that my bodyfat isnt help with my energy levels during the day. In certain mode,coca leaf to me is a metabolic booster , weed asides bc just smoke once time n not my style,i know know sounds bipolar but shit just me.

so asides the theoretical knowledge that u get about keto diet n i speaking to the ppl w /"reading works" How the hell was ur mental performance in your work,ur college,college tests,desktop work ?cmon some help would be much apreciated.

Keto to me is like I took those pills from limitless. I love it. Doesn't make my strength go down at all. Energy goes way up too.

Don't follow these diet trends. Just eat below maintenance for a while. Once you lose 20lbs, readjust your calories. Once you get down to 15% bodyfat then you can start chanting your calories more frequently to fit your new physique.

I don't actually. Haven't really researched the new diet stuff lately. When I was huge into that stuff it was Jenny Craig and the nutrimeal shit or whatever it was called.

Eating is simple man. Pick a few proteins, a carb source, greens, and a fat, and eat those for each meal. Measure out your portions and weigh them for a while. After a while you can just eyeball it and make your portions without having to weigh them.
