Ketotifen source?

It raises metabolism. It burns EVERYTHING. Need AAS to move it towards burning fat. Even then, high doses can end up burning muscle.
Basically this but mainly for last reason. T3 Catabolic and I don't think clen is anabolic enough to stop it's Catabolic tendencies
 
I'll be using clen and t3 during my cycle. Circumstances made me become a fat piece of shit and and using Clen and t3 to get back to what I was quick and then shred up.

Also, the reason why I'm asking about keto is this "Periods of use such as 2 weeks or more at doses much in excess of 40 mcg/day results in desensitization. This can be avoided by taking 1 mg ketotifen once per day, preferably prior to retiring."

Was wondering if both together would do something. As for the t3, it'll be at 25mg and maybe 50 at the end of my cycle.

I was being dumb and was thinking of the keto diet hahaha. But now that makes sense. I bought some eyes drops yesterday. It'll probably be hard to tell a difference but I'll let you know if They help me. I am not sure how to equate eye drops to mg.

But I mean I don't see a problem with running t3. Just make sure you taper off. I am sure you could find a nice guide on here with a dosing schedule


Don't hold me to this but I believe 25mg is almost close to a natty dose

I'd use 50 if I were you... 25 is a replacement dose, and probably even low for a replacement dose.

Starting at 25 and then adding in the extra 25 at night after a few days is good though.

Interesting, I wanted to start at 12.5 and move up to 25 but got told to start at 25 because 12.5 was too low.

Do I cycle the t3 along the clen and take breaks (1 week on 1 week off) or just take it for 8-10 weeks straight?

Run it consecutively, I wouldn't run on and off with the clen either but that's up to you. Not a huge fan of clen personally... Prefer ephedrine.

There's nothing wrong with starting at 25 either, I just would bump it up shortly thereafter because 25 isn't much. 12.5 is nothing.

I've done EC stacks and it has done it's job in the past I guess. I'm mostly curious about the clen + t3 efficiency because I need to lose weight fast.

you can use clen for 2 weeks
then switch to low dose T3 for 3-4 weeks

T3 allows clen sensitivity to recover, while still burning fat.

I read that at the end of the 2 week I'll feel a "crash". Which is why I wanted to do 1 week on and 1 week off. Amounts to pretty much the same, I think?
