Khem's Freak journey.

Do you guys not use common logic? If you do some pump sets to get blood into the muscles but enough to keep it there and then jump rope it is going to help define the muscle. You have to target it to do so.

I do pump set after my heavy workout to flush in nutrients and create pressure -- then I do extreme stretching with weights, so that I am tearing muscle fascia and creating room to grow. That's the theory. I appreciate the input, follow along, but I'm not going to do that.

At 23, should you be running gear? I see many differing opinions out there. Just curious.

Thats a debate in itself.. I've been around BROWSING and using AAS boards since I was maybe 17.. I started a few years later, but I mean.. for me personally, I understand the problems that can come from it at this point. I'm more or less unhappy that I started so ignorant, if that makes sense. I didn't grasp or care about diet or dedication, and only recently has it started to click in my head.

I suppose that's part of the learning experience.. I had no one in particular to look up to, so I just took a lot of poor advice, and didn't listen to the guys who knew their shit. I went with the herd.

Now I have extreme goals and for me, AAS makes sense. I know the possible future problems and accept that it could be TRT for life, but for me, so long as I'm monitoring my blood work... It's worth the end-goal. We shall see now if I can make it where I want! This cycle will be a HUGE indicator of what I'm truly capable of, because I'm balls out and have a good mindset on life, as I've gotten a little older.

I think people really underestimate the dedication and knowledge it takes to get big, I know I never got it before, and look, it shows in my sub-par physique after all these years. I was lucky enough to meet someone this year that got through to me. So in essence, I'm only NOW going to see what bodybuilding is truly like.

Apologies for the narration, I just feel like it could help someone else like me.. Maybe open someones eyes.

So, take this how you want, and I know you have guidance and will do what you want but statements such as "after all these years" and "as I've gotten a little older" seem a little immature to me.

I see your enthusiasm and at least have an inkling as to the potential damage you could be facing but I doubt you have come even close to your natural potential.

You say you started a "few years" later after signing up for AAS boards at 17 so I'm guessing you first got on gear at 19 or 20.

I say all that to say this: I don't honestly think you appreciate the hard work it takes to try and tap your natural potential. I could be completely wrong as I've never walked in your shoes. I can go from personal experience and know that it took me until my early 30's to feel like I had done alot with what I was given naturally.

I hope you understand that I am not trying to flame you or come off as a dick or whatever. I just have an opinion and feel that it is relevant. You are a grown man and will do what you want. I just hope you really know enough about hard work and have the maturity to understand it. Ok, I'm off my soap box now.

No, I completely get it, but to train to my natural potential with my goals would be more of a waste of time than worth. I really want to test my genetics, so to speak over the next two or three cycles, and decide if I should try to cycle for fun/health, or should I try to chase IFBB or something extreme. I just like to push myself, and I love the sport. IF I think I have genetics for it after a few epic runs, why not? If I don't, no skin off my ass and I can just revert to using cycles as a kick for fun. Blood work will always be taken for liver values, etc etc etc..

I get it, I've been around long enough to know the advice and I'd say the same, but I can truly say I grasp the pros and cons and have made a choice.. My approach might vary, but this is what my goals and plans are.

I absolutely appreciate that you are responsible enough to write that post. You're obviously a valuable voice of reason to this board.

For me I'm backed into this corner where I have to produce or I look like every other idiot, you know? Follow along and give your honest input on my results and progress, I need to show it off and hear outside views.

Alright, fair enough. Good luck dude. I'm sure there are at least a few of us, including myself, who will follow.

You put it so eloquently Tao!! [:o)]

Well said, well said..

Have you ever heard that 85% of bodybuilding is diet ? It is , you need to lean out before you do high-powered gear like tren/dbol even test .Yes you need 6 plus years of natural bodybuilding before considering gear . I started weightlifting at 17 - first cycle at 26 at 6% BF.

Whats your bloods look like ?? You don't know ?? I imagine your e2 and prolactin is sky-high.....yes your turning into a freak , a zit freak. Get off the gear , lean down to under 10% , preferably 7% then start test only cycles and work your way up . Thats how all your avatar idols did it....geez...kids......:D

I don't get crazy acne like this guy no offense but then again I never got acne as a teen.
Well we all wish you the best OP I say wait till your around 25 and have your diet in check. My brother of age 24 wants to run a cycle but I told him to hold his horse he's 5'8 I'm 5'5 so much for being the older taller brother haha. I convened him to lift naturally 2 more years and that I would buy him his cycle for him. That is because I'm sure once he reaches his natural limit and sees what he has become he will not want to run gear.

I hear you LYB. I'm the oldest and at 5'8" also the shortest. Brothers and sister are all about 6', I don't know what happened!!

I'm sure you won't listen to is OP but you really should hold off.. Get a solid base and get your discipline in check with training and diet otherwise you'll quickly loose whatever you gain from this cycle. Good luck man.

Like my OP says, my bacne is more clear than its ever been.. I've had cystic scarring bacne all my early teenage years, clears up to nothing on cycle... Tren bought some of it back but this is cookies to what I had prior to cycling altogether. Now its clearing again on test/deca. Don't know why.

As for the comments about holding off, I appreciate the concern but I started when I shouldn't have years ago, and now am too comfortable with it to hold off. You'll just have to come along for the ride and see what this mother fucker can do. :) Thanks for your input!

I vow to be a pillar of hard work and dedication.. Follow along and critique!! Please.

When should I update pictures and measurements? 6 weeks? Or go the whole 12 weeks for the big surprise??

You need to get a blood test/hormone panel , all the test your pumping in is turning to e2 . Get It ?
Go to Labcorp.com and get it done for under $60 . And your not 15% BF . Try 20-25% . Get a paper tape and go to : Army Body Fat Calculator.com , this will give you a rough estimate of your bodyfat. -OGH

Agreed, at least 20%.
More fat = more E receptors.

Like I said, I lost 50 pounds earlier this year, I am within a half inch of my leanest ever. I never had a bloat problem even at the highest bodyfat.. I certainly don't seem to hold an ounce of water now, yet.

calculator says I'm 19% I'll round up to 20% and call it that. I'm proud of that, I came a long way. Time to buckle down and continue to this road, kicking it to an extreme. I do have blood work but no hormone panel, I appreciate the concern.

As much as Its nice that people care, I am not changing my path, I am only going to adapt it to create the best results. Thank you all very much, the best way for you to help is to follow along and provide input and critique my results... Answer any questions I may bring forth, as well.

And when you lost 50lbs. you should have kept going and lost another 30lbs then you could truly reap the benefits of gear. Some gear highly favors a lean body , and is almost useless in the obese . Tren & d-bol especially...

- I know , I was as high as 240lbs @5'5" until about 2 years ago when I dropped to 205 , then 160lbs. Took alot of time and alot of starving but now I can see what the gear is doing , and the gains are greater.
If I were you I'd finish this cycle , do your PCT then lean out some more . If you do a cycle I would suggest - test/var/clen , keep calories between 1550-1750 day/carbs 150gms, protein 200gms/day . In 3 -6 months no one will notice you......bet me -:D

Okay
From one former fat kid to another...
Just be careful about gyno.
I've ran a cycle with high bf (20-25%) and it was the only time I've gotten gyno and it never really goes away completely.

I run a cycle now and my E never goes above 100.
I do appreciate your wieght loss, I was once 230lbs 5'10" and easily 30%, classic skinny fat.

^^^ congrats on the weight loss. That's a great achievement. I've been lucky I was really fat as a kid but when I got into my teens I lost a lot of body fat always stayed around 15-18%body fat no diet or workout and lots of bad food. I always had a muscular look even when I didn't lift. Now I'm 182 11%body fat. Nothing super amazing but I'm happy with my size at 5'5

As posted in my first post, I'm mega bulking and diving into a huge, slice off every last pound of fat, cut. Then repeating. The point of this cycle is to make progress that makes me feel "serious", then dive into one last necessary cut.. then repeat and never get "fat" again.

Please continue to follow along and watch this epic, epic journey. I want this to be one of these logs people speak about forever. A log where a Legend is born.
