Thats a debate in itself.. I've been around BROWSING and using AAS boards since I was maybe 17.. I started a few years later, but I mean.. for me personally, I understand the problems that can come from it at this point. I'm more or less unhappy that I started so ignorant, if that makes sense. I didn't grasp or care about diet or dedication, and only recently has it started to click in my head.
I suppose that's part of the learning experience.. I had no one in particular to look up to, so I just took a lot of poor advice, and didn't listen to the guys who knew their shit. I went with the herd.
Now I have extreme goals and for me, AAS makes sense. I know the possible future problems and accept that it could be TRT for life, but for me, so long as I'm monitoring my blood work... It's worth the end-goal. We shall see now if I can make it where I want! This cycle will be a HUGE indicator of what I'm truly capable of, because I'm balls out and have a good mindset on life, as I've gotten a little older.
I think people really underestimate the dedication and knowledge it takes to get big, I know I never got it before, and look, it shows in my sub-par physique after all these years. I was lucky enough to meet someone this year that got through to me. So in essence, I'm only NOW going to see what bodybuilding is truly like.
Apologies for the narration, I just feel like it could help someone else like me.. Maybe open someones eyes.
