Kicked off the cutter today

700mg/prop week 1; 450mg/wk weeks 2-6
180 mg tren acetate EOD weeks 2-8
Winny 100mg/day weeks 5-8

Starting stats:

6'1" 270 BF 15-20% not really sure
goal: 240 5-10% BF I'll keep updating as it goes.

Training program: high reps (8-12) and/or dropsets with each muscle group, 4 day rotation. Cardio will be added as needed or whether or not I feel like doing it!

just 8 weeks?..I am running a similar cycle for 12.. and .aolt of cardio 45-1hr a day..

i typically do this diet for 8 weeks. This year, I started cutting the carbs back a week early. The AAS being used works quickly, so there is no need to run it longer than the 8 weeks. I guess I'm a bit freakyish the way I can drop weight in a short period. 25-30 lbs in 8 weeks is typical for me. This is my fourth year doing the diet, and my BF to lean mass ratio looks better than it has in the past. Me saying it is 15-20% is a ballpark figure...my guess is closer to 15%
 
well shit DG...if you drop fat that quickly, then you'll be be good to go by memorial day. a nice way to start the summer :).

6'1", 240 lbs, and single digit BF%...you'll be looking real good my friend.

BK it really is strict. I'm not blowing formaldehyde up anyone's ass here either. In an 8 week diet, I start the carbs (low GI such as yams with butter spray and converted white rice, maybe even fat free yogurt) at 300g/ed the first week. Week 2-3, 200. Week 4 150. Week 5, 100. Week 6, 75. Week 7, 50. First 4 days of week 8 i deplete. Carb load last 3 days of week 8. I don't cheat. Protein levels stay at 400g/ed throughout. I've documented my cutting diet and program in the past here on Meso, and the results have always been about the same. I have found one thing to be true..with each year of doing this and each year my quality of muscle improves. It gets easier to shed the extra weight. Funny how that works, isn't it? Another point to factor in...when I started AAS about 4 years ago, I weighed 215 lbs, and bodyfat was close to what i hold in the offseason now. Close to 50 lbs of lean mass gained in 4 years. Not too shaby.
 
is T-3 and Clen combined with smart eating and 45 mins to an hour of cardio per day gonna do much in a couple to few month period? or should I go ahead and get some of the aforementioned cutters? reason being, i already have t-3 and clen in.

It won't hurt you. I use an EC stack and that is all for fat burners.
