there really is no other place to put this so i figured this was the best forum for it................

In my left knee i had inflmation under my knee cap about 7 weeks ago form playing hockey..... i went to the doctor and she said it wasn't serious and would go away just fine and put me on naproxen for the inflamation.... after about a week my knee felt great again...... but recently i have been having problems in the same area of my knee....... it's located at the outer point of the upper knee cap (no pain in the joint).......... i have no pain but at a certain angle my leg hits...... at around 90 degrees i get some type of pop/grind.....i think the knee is tracking wrong and rubbing against the bone at that cetain point.......... i had something wrong with this knee when i was young and i was in therapy for it and it went away (never had a prob with it after that)........ i believe it's called chondromalacia....... i don't have medical coverage as of now and wont have any for a few more weeks (i hope i get it back that fast)...or i would of just went back to the doctor..... i was wondering if any of u had this problem and if u know what could be causing the problem......... or know a way to help it... don't know if it could be a muscle imbalance...tightness in the ligs, tendons or muscles...... or i need a form adjustment when lifting......squatting or leg presses never bothered me b4 and i was using much more weight then i am now... i'm just going light for the time being.......... so if anyone knows anything that could help let me know plz..................
