Thanks Calvare. I bought a foam roller so I can do the limber 11 and I've got a weight belt as well. I'm getting wraps this weekend so hopefully it will work.

Just a basic belt to start with. I'm more looking at keeping abdominal pressure up as I squat but in a month will look at an Inzer belt. I believe they have a lifetime warranty as well?

I had been using a flimsy belt from Amazon when I got back in the gym about a year ago. Then I bought the lever belt and never looked back. I got some bruises the first couple of weeks I started using my new lever belt. You have to break in the belt but once you do it last you your whole life and yes, it does have the lifetime warranty.

I'm going to get one. I guess I'm being cheap by getting what I got. But I've heard some people swear by them so I need to pony up.
