L-carnitine dosage as pre-workout?

I found my muscles don't fatigue as fast and that I've been able to lift more weight today with more reps on all exercises which has really surprised me

Found I get hot more easily, however energy felt sound and mental drive was great pushing harder with more effort and intent.

Surprised I've never seen anyone mention using it as pre workout?
How much you takin for pre-wo?
 
i use 700 mg Carnitine intravenous 30' pre-workout, with 20 IU HumulinR
How/why would you inject that much volume IV pre-workout?

Bc I used to be an IV drug user, and I know that injecting that much volume can’t be done easily in one syringe, and I’m just having a hard time imagining setting up an IV drip every time you workout. A daily IV drip uses a massive needle and is gonna ruin your veins. And with a single syringe, although u can use a small needle, undiluted l-carn is gonna give u bad phlebitis.

The risk/reward ratio sounds off to me. But hey. Im new.

it's okay to disagree. I wouldn't do it either. For me, l-carnitine is similar to creatine, something working in the background. I try to inject it daily (i.m.), around the time I ingest carbs. I minimize the negative impact on scar tissue by using a 30g needle. My brew always has around 500mg/ml and I filter it with a filter spike, that I put on my 100ml flask.
