L-Citrulline

GNC has:

Arginine/Citrulline (500mg/500mg each). 120 (large) pills for about $20.

Or 1600 mg Citrulline, 60 pills for $25.

Agmatine, 600 mg, 60 caps for $30.

I've used the Arg/Cit combo. I get a good result with only one and it gets way, noticeably better when I take 3 or 4.

This is the best article Ive found so far

I didn't read the article super closely but I would suggest searching the references and reading the actual studies if you are wanting to know more about it as opposed to taking the authors word. Writers on bb .com are pretty notorious for misrepresenting the findings of the studies they reference. Many of them also cherry pick and have little to no knowledge of what makes a study reputable. To be honest, most studies on supplements are poor. Doesn't mean they won't necessarily work but I don't like to spend a lot of money on things that haven't had strongly established benefits.

I generally dont like bb.com but it haf the most info in one article. I would love to read all the references but have been swamped with time. Overall I did like the article and the basic info it had. I dont believe it was too biased and believe it was actually to the point without a hidden agenda. It was written in 2003 and referred citrulline as the LeBron James of supplement, which was funny and made me feel old, but other than that I believe it was well written. I cant read scholarly reports without falling asleep.
